Elizabeth City Well Improvements Project

The City of Elizabeth City is seeking bids for the Elizabeth City Well Improvements Project. The project involves the construction of approximately 140 linear feet of 6” DIP PC350 and 4100 LF of 6” C900 DR-18 raw water lines, eight new test wells, and associated improvements. The project also includes the replacement of two wells and the installation of enclosures, control panels, generators, and associated improvements.
