Description

The State of Wyoming’s Department of Health Public Health Division is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a comprehensive brand identity, website, and public‑education assets for its Tobacco and Nicotine Prevention Program. The effort includes creating a new logo suite, a full brand style guide, customizable document templates, a responsive, CMS‑based website with analytics, and statewide signage and campaign materials. The contract is initially for two years with a possible extension to a total of six years, and the award will be made after a technical and cost evaluation of proposals submitted by October 26, 2026. • Deliver a primary/secondary logo suite in vector and raster formats. • Produce a brand style guide covering visual identity, tone, accessibility, and usage rules. • Design Google‑Suite document templates (brochures, fact sheets, slides, etc.) and an icon library. • Build and maintain a secure, responsive website on a non‑proprietary CMS with SSL, analytics, and clear referral pathways to the state Quitline. • Create public‑education campaign assets and tobacco‑free signage for statewide deployment. • Provide regular progress reports and a final deliverables package; ownership of all IP transfers to the State.
