Water & Easement Clearing

The Town of Colchester is seeking proposals for water and easement clearing services. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing mowing and landscaping services. The bid opening shall take place at the Colchester Town Hall, Meeting Room 1, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, CT, 06415 at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 19, 2026. • The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Water and Sewer Easement Clearing RFP 2026-01”. • The bid must be addressed to and received by First Selectman, Bernie Dennler, 127 Norwich Avenue, Office of the First Selectman, Suite 201, Colchester, Connecticut 06415. • Any questions concerning this bid may be answered via addenda in response to RFI’s submitted to Angela Petrowski, Financial Assistant.
