General Engineering Services on Behalf of the Department of Water

The City of Syracuse is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide general engineering services for the Department of Water. The services needed include regulatory and environmental activity, water system investigations, evaluations, improvements, and repairs. The contract will be a general service contract, allowing the Department of Water to have access to engineering services on an as-needed basis. The Commissioner of the Department of Water will issue work orders for services to be provided under the contract.
