Description
The Georgia College & State University is seeking proposals from suppliers for sewage management improvements at Lake Laurel Lodge. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary for the complete replacement of the existing on-site sewage management system serving the Lake Laurel Lodge and Caretaker's Cottage.
• The project involves the installation of a new grease trap, force main, gravity sewer, lift station, septic tank, and associated appurtenances.
• The contractor shall include in the Base Bid all costs associated with sawcutting, removal, and disposal of impacted improvements, and restoration of disturbed areas to match existing conditions in kind and quality.
• The project is being funded with Institutional Special Project Funds and is intended for award in FY2026.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference was held on May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Lake Laurel Lodge.
