The VA San Francisco Health Care Dental clinic and the South Santa Rosa VA clinic require a full‑service dental laboratory to fabricate fixed, removable, and implantable prostheses for veterans, including advanced photogrammetry‑driven full‑arch workflows and custom maxillofacial prostheses. The contractor must be able to deliver finished prosthetic devices, perform repairs, and may need to attend patient appointments for certain services. This is a firm‑fixed‑price, open‑market solicitation issued on a brand‑name‑or‑equal basis. Vendors must be registered in SAM, complete annual certifications, and, if claiming veteran‑owned status, be verified through SBA’s DSBS. Non‑OEM suppliers must provide an authorized distributor letter with their quote.
