Hoists Replacement (FTH, STH, OHB)

The Metropolitan Council is seeking bids for the replacement of hoists at three garages: F. T. Heywood Garage (FTH), South Garage (STH), and Overhaul Base (OHB). The project includes the removal of existing vehicle maintenance equipment and the installation of new equipment, including one parallel lift, three inground 3-piston vehicle lifts, and 8 wireless mobile column lifts for bus maintenance. • The project is located in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2025, at 9:30 AM via Microsoft Teams. • Site visits will be held on December 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM, starting at FTH (Heywood) Garage. • Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com.
