Description
The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) in New Orleans is seeking a qualified vendor to repair pit‑drain pans at two of its facilities: the ENO garage (3900 Desire Parkway) and the Canal barn (2817 Canal Street). The scope includes removing and reinstalling pump plungers, machining new adjustment rods and hangers, supplying new packing and gaskets, and repairing a pneumatic directional control valve, with required test runs and site cleanup. This is a short‑term mechanical maintenance contract focused on pump and valve repair.
• ENO location: pull plunger, clean/inspect parts, machine new adjustment rod & hanger, install new packing/gaskets, re‑assemble and test run.
• Canal location: repair pneumatic directional control valve, install replacement parts, reconnect, and perform test run.
• Vendor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and supervision; work must be completed during normal business hours with delivery windows 8 am–3 pm, Mon‑Fri.
