The Defense Health Agency is seeking a sole‑source contractor to provide a comprehensive five‑year maintenance, reagent delivery, and support program for Siemens CA‑620 hematology and coagulation analyzers located at the U.S. Naval Hospital Rota, Spain. The contractor must supply all reagents, calibrators, quality controls, consumables, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance as well as on‑demand corrective maintenance, including parts, travel, and labor, to ensure continuous laboratory operation.
