The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to completely demolish a hazardous residential structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street and perform associated site‑clearance work. The scope includes total building demolition, removal of all debris to the municipal landfill, utility disconnections, grading, back‑filling, compaction, installation of drainage grates, and full site safety measures. The contractor must also handle permits, salvage material accounting, and provide a two‑year warranty on completed work.
• Full demolition of the residential building, foundations, footings, basement, cisterns, septic tank, garage, sheds, sidewalks, and driveways.
• Utility termination (water, gas, electric, telephone) and capping of storm & sanitary sewers within 5 ft of the property line.
• Site grading, back‑fill, compaction to ≥ 95 % density, and installation of drainage grates; plus barricading, signage, and public‑safety lighting.
• Debris removal (up to 8 loads per day) to the City landfill, with the contractor responsible for all disposal fees.
