Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boise VA Medical Centers Veterinary Medical Unit (VMU) is seeking capable vendors to provide preventative maintenance, manufacturer updates, and emergency repair service coverage for one Atlantis RW cage washer. The period of performance will be from December 25th, 2025, through December 24th, 2030. The required services include preventative maintenance checks, repairs, and maintenance of a record of set-points and actual values for various equipment parameters.
• The contractor must provide repair services that are not covered under preventative maintenance checks, with responses to equipment malfunction calls within 2 hours and on-site visits within 5 business days pending part availability.
• The contractor must use only Tecniplast trained and authorized service engineers/technicians to perform the contracted services and repairs.
• The contractor must be able to procure Tecniplast OEM replacement parts for services performed and have documented experience servicing Tecniplast washers.
