Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) seeks a qualified provider to deliver temporary and relief physical‑therapy services at the Veterans Home of California – Redding. The award will be a fixed‑price, all‑inclusive hourly rate contract covering an estimated 84 hours per month over a three‑year period, with the possibility of hour adjustments. Bidders must submit a signed rate sheet, meet licensing and credentialing requirements, and comply with prevailing‑wage, insurance, and numerous regulatory mandates (HIPAA, DVBE, small‑business preferences, etc.).
• Provide licensed PT services on an as‑needed basis, primarily 8 AM‑4:30 PM, Mon‑Fri, with potential after‑hours work.
• All costs (labor, overhead, travel, training, etc.) must be included in the hourly rate; no separate reimbursements.
• Contractor must maintain required insurance, background checks, health clearances, and submit detailed documentation within strict timelines.
