PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF AN ENGINE ON A 2019 FORD (GLAVAL BUS) F650 (CONCORDE II).

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a vendor to perform necessary repairs on a 2019 Ford (Glaval Bus) F650 (Concorde II) bus, including the purchase and installation of a new engine. The vendor must have a repair facility within 75 miles of Independence, OH, and must be properly insured to cover any losses for GSA vehicles. The vendor must also comply with all EPA and OSHA standards and requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. • The vendor must provide a detailed, itemized quote, including labor time, parts prices, and all applicable fees. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must provide a completed copy of their Representations and Certifications. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environmental protection, and equal opportunity. • The vendor must provide a warranty for all equipment and parts provided. • The vendor must be able to complete the repairs within 120 days of receipt of the purchase order.
