Walk Off Carpet Service - Rome NY

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking information from qualified companies to provide walk-off carpets for the Rome facility at 325 Brooks Rd., Rome NY 13441. The walk-off carpets are to be supplied and exchanged every two weeks from May 1 through October 31, and once a week from November 1 through April 30. The period of performance will be one base year with the option to exercise four one-year option periods. • The contract will require the supplier to provide walk-off carpets at multiple entry points. • The supplier will need to exchange the carpets according to the specified schedule. • The contract will have a base year and four optional years. • The supplier will need to provide pricing information in a specific format.
