Description
The State of Nevada Purchasing Division on behalf of the Department of Veteran Services/SO. NV State Veterans Home is seeking proposals for secondary water treatments services. The contract is expected to start on 07/01/2025 and end on 06/30/2029. The services include water supply plant operating and monitoring system services, including water resources development and water quality management services.
• The contractor shall provide coverage with limits of liability not less than those stated in the insurance requirements.
• The contractor shall furnish the State with certificates of insurance as required by the contract.
• The contractor shall maintain the insurance policies as required by the contract or provide evidence of renewal.
• The contractor shall include all subcontractors as additional insureds under its policies or furnish to the State separate certificates and endorsements for each subcontractor.
• The contract is for a period of 48 months, with an anticipated start date of 07/01/2025 and an anticipated end date of 06/30/2029.
