Solicitation for Residential Renovation Services

The U.S. Embassy Tbilisi is seeking a contractor to provide residential renovation services, including painting, masonry, and carpentry work. The contract will be for a one-year period with three one-year options. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. The Government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. • The contractor will be responsible for performing all work required by the contract, including but not limited to painting, masonry, and carpentry work. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. • The contract will be for a one-year period with three one-year options. • The Government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. • The contractor will be required to submit a price proposal, including a breakdown of the proposed price by divisions of specifications. • The contractor will be required to provide a business management/technical proposal, including information on the proposed work, experience, and past performance.
