Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals to lease space for a MassDOT/RMV client service center. The proposed space should be approximately 4,300 square feet of usable area, with a term of 10 years. The space should be located in Attleboro, Mansfield, or North Attleboro, and should have adequate parking and accessibility features. The proposal should include information about the proposed space, including its location, size, and configuration, as well as the proposer's experience and qualifications.
• The proposed space should be retail or customer service space.
• The space should have a minimum of 50 on-site parking spaces, with some spaces available at no additional cost.
• The space should have accessible parking, with a minimum of 4 accessible parking spaces.
• The space should have a reserved parking area for RMV road test only.
• The space should have a drop-off area for RMV.
• The space should have electric vehicle charging stations.
• The proposer should provide information about the property management and maintenance of the proposed space.
• The proposer should provide information about the operating expenses and taxes associated with the proposed space.
