Description
The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) is soliciting proposals from interested offerors for the following: ARRC intends to award one or more contract(s) for professional services to provide as-needed Cultural Resources services as it relates to project development, surveys, emergency response, NEPA, and construction support for projects throughout the Alaska Railroad rail corridor and Reserve Lands. The scope of work includes tasks such as desktop research, fieldwork, cultural resources monitoring, or consultation support under applicable historic preservation laws. The contract shall be for an initial 2-year term with the ability to extend for three additional one-year periods.
• Key services include:
• Cultural and historic resource services for various projects
• Compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act
• Compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act
• Compliance with the Alaska Historic Preservation Act
• Desktop research and fieldwork
• Cultural resources monitoring and consultation support
