Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Wood Chairs. Both HHS Agencies, HHSC and DSHS, will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this IFB. The required goods to be provided are Wood Chairs, with specifications outlined in Exhibit C – Pricing Sheet and Exhibit E – Scope of Work. The contract term is not specified, but the anticipated contract start date is August 10, 2026.
• The IFB includes various exhibits, attachments, and appendices, including HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Contract Affirmations, Pricing Sheet, and Scope of Work.
• Bidders must submit a comprehensive Response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award.
• The evaluation criteria include ability to perform, experience, and financial capability.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state.
