Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide commercial wall preparation, painting, and wallpaper removal services for the Office of Traffic Building #1. The scope of work includes removing wallpaper, prepping walls, and painting the areas noted in the building. The contractor will be required to provide at least three references from the past five years that can attest to their experience in providing commercial wall preparation, painting, and wallpaper removal services. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest price.
• The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing commercial painting and wallpaper removal services.
• The contractor must be certified to perform business within the State of Maryland.
• The contractor must provide proof of workers' compensation and liability insurance.
• The contractor must provide a bid price based on the product description and unit of measure specified.
• The contractor must submit a bid package that includes all required attachments and documents.
