The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to Sartorius Corporation for verification and a 12‑month preventive service plan for three Octet RH96 instruments used at the Vaccine Research Center in Bethesda, MD. The effort includes full instrument verification (components, performance, power‑on, log review, software licensing, and repair quoting) followed by a year‑long maintenance agreement covering parts, labor, software upgrades, and bi‑annual preventive maintenance visits.
