Description
The Palm Beach County, Florida, Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors for an Annual Contract to provide flooring services, including carpet, carpet tile, sheet goods, base goods, and installation accessories. The contract will be for a period of up to 5 years, with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $2,000,000.00. The county intends to establish a list of qualified contractors, and additional contractors may be added at any time. To be considered, contractors must submit a Qualification Application package, which includes all necessary documents and information.
• The contract is for an as-needed basis, with individual Work Orders issued by the county.
• The magnitude of the work will be determined by individual Work Orders, with most orders expected to be less than $100,000.
• Contractors must possess all necessary professional licenses and certifications required by the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County.
• Bonding requirements will be specified for each project awarded under the Annual Contract.
