Description
The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) to deliver pre‑construction and construction‑management services for a new Fire Station #9 (~13,000 sq ft). The CMAR will develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), coordinate design‑phase activities, prepare bid packages, and manage the construction process through substantial and final completion, adhering to stringent safety, quality, and HUB participation requirements.
• Scope includes design‑phase coordination, cost estimating, constructability reviews, schedule development, GMP delivery, risk management, and full construction‑management services.
• Vendor must demonstrate CMAR experience on projects ≥ $5 M, public‑safety construction experience, bonding capacity, NC licensing, and a 16 % HUB participation plan.
