Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking quotes for the procurement of Orca 3D software. The software is required to streamline the design process with intuitive marine design tools that run within the Rhino 3D environment. The contract will be for a 12-month period, and the contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote. The quote must include pricing, cage code, FOB destination, point of contact, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and other relevant information.
