Description
Lapeer Community Schools is seeking a vendor to provide network electronics for twelve buildings. The project includes the installation of network electronics, testing, and warranty. The vendor must provide a detailed bill of materials, comply with Universal Service Fund (USF) conditions, and meet the project timeline requirements. The project is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and be completed by September 30, 2026.
• The vendor must provide a 5% bid bond and a performance bond.
• The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• The vendor must provide a written warranty for a period of three years.
• The vendor must provide a detailed project implementation schedule.
• The vendor must demonstrate experience in providing similar services to educational institutions.
