The City of Pawtucket is seeking a Construction Management‑At‑Risk (CM‑AR) firm to oversee the relocation of its City Hall Administrative Offices (Phase Two). The contractor will be responsible for full CM‑AR services, including low‑voltage system installation, management of subcontractors, and delivery of a guaranteed maximum price with a 5 % construction contingency.
