The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking consulting engineering firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the I‑64/Rte 623 Goochland County Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) design‑build project. The work includes reconfiguring and widening Ashland Road, building a new bridge over I‑64, reconstructing four ramps, installing drainage and storm‑water management systems, providing signs, signals, lighting, pavement markings, and relocating the Bennington Road‑Ashland Road intersection as well as the Hickory Haven Park‑and‑Ride facility.
