Cornerstone CS-26-1503 APG Static Detonation Chamber Reconfiguration

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) is seeking a prototype project for a new configuration of a complete Static Detonation Chamber (SDC) system. The system should be capable of processing and destroying a variety of munition types and chemical agent types. The project aims to develop a modernized, integrated approach to perimeter and installation security. • The CIR will solicit whitepaper proposals for one Fixed Price OTA. • A non-competitive follow-on production OT may be awarded following a successful prototype. • The project is restricted to Cornerstone consortium members. • Entities must be members of the Cornerstone consortium, with a signed Cornerstone Consortium Management Agreement, to be awarded this OTA task.
