The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit respondents to enter into contracts with DFPS to provide Law Enforcement Identification Service (LEIS) SaaS Licenses and Subscriptions from Agileyx Labs Corp. The scope of work includes providing LEIS SaaS licenses and subscriptions to support the department's law enforcement identification needs. • The contract will be for a period of 12 months with options to renew for up to 4 additional years. • The contractor will be required to provide LEIS SaaS licenses and subscriptions to support the department's law enforcement identification needs. • The contractor will be required to provide training and support to department staff on the use of the LEIS SaaS licenses and subscriptions. • The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and updates to the LEIS SaaS licenses and subscriptions. • The contractor will be required to provide reporting and analytics to support the department's law enforcement identification needs.
