HVAC Upgrades - CISD Gifford Schultz Building

The Calhoun ISD is seeking bids for HVAC upgrades to the Administration Building. The project includes the installation of a new boiler, pumps, and piping to create a hot water heating system, as well as the modification of existing packaged electric multizone rooftop a/c units. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the owner to limit construction areas and ensuring that the work is completed prior to September 2026.
