Skyway Circle South Part 2 - Water & Wastewater Improvements

The City of Irving Capital Improvements Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the Skyway Circle South Part 2 - Water & Wastewater Improvements project. The work includes installing approximately 1,500 LF of 8" PVC wastewater main, six 4-foot diameter concrete manholes, approximately 2,200 LF of 8” PVC water main, and approximately 200 LF of 12” PVC water main. The project will take place in and around Skyway Circle South within the City of Irving. • The project requires furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. • The City of Irving encourages electronic bidding to eliminate errors and reduce environmental impact. • A pre-submittal conference will be held on 7/22/2026 01:00:00 PM (CT), but attendance is optional.
