Facility Maintenance Services

The Ellisville State School is seeking a vendor to provide facility maintenance services, including interior and exterior painting, repairing and replacing doors and windows, installing and replacing flooring, and performing minor electrical and plumbing work. The vendor will be required to provide four trained workers who can work with minimal supervision. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year periods. • The vendor must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the state of Mississippi. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection. • The vendor must provide a detailed scope of work, including a list of services to be provided and a schedule for completion. • The vendor must provide a pricing structure, including hourly rates and any additional costs. • The vendor must provide references from previous clients.
