Description
The City of Hartford is seeking qualified vendors to supply and install a broad range of computer hardware—including desktops, laptops, tablets, and servers—plus related peripheral equipment, parts, and software licenses. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on a one‑year basis with up to three one‑year extensions, and vendors must provide local (Connecticut‑based) technical support, imaging, asset tagging, and warranty services. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids portal by the deadline, and vendors must meet extensive insurance, bonding, and MWBE participation requirements.
• Provide specified hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, servers) meeting minimum performance specs (e.g., 64 GB RAM for servers).
• Deliver installation, imaging, asset tagging, and on‑site technical support using Connecticut‑based staff.
• Supply software licenses (Microsoft, Google, Adobe, endpoint protection) and maintain manufacturer certifications.

• Achieve a minimum 15 % MWBE subcontractor utilization, with at least 70 % of MWBE work performed by the subcontractor’s own staff.
