The City of Richland is seeking written sealed semi-annual term bids for Potable Water and Sanitary Sewer Materials Only. The bid period is from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The bid documents can be viewed and purchased at www.engserviceplans.com. • The bids can be submitted electronically or in paper form to the City of Richland. • The successful bidder will be subject to the requirements of Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, and other applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances.
