The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking information from companies that can provide CERCLA Enforcement Support Services. The contract may be available to other EPA Regions throughout the United States, and the company should be able to provide services on a national level. The EPA is looking for companies that can meet the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). Some of the key questions the EPA is asking include:
• Can the company provide all required work in accordance with the draft SOW?
• If not, which areas can the company meet?
• Does the company have experience working with the Pacific Island Territories and Indigenous tribes?
• Can the company provide services on a national level?
• If the company is a small business entity, can it meet the threshold requirement of RFO FAR Clause 52.219-14 -- Limitations on Subcontracting?
The EPA is also asking for suggestions on changes to the draft SOW and the appropriate NAICS code for the requirement.
