FY26 Kingston Estates Water Main Improvements

The City of Bradenton is seeking a contractor to provide construction of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water mains by open-cut method, including valves, fittings, fire hydrants, and water meters. The project includes removing trench asphalt pavement, abandoning existing water main, disinfecting and testing, final milling and paving, and other appurtenances and materials as specified in the solicitation documents. The contractor must have experience in performing similar projects and meet the specified criteria. • The project requires the construction of 8-inch PVC water mains by open-cut method. • The contractor must have experience in performing similar projects, including at least 3,000 linear feet of stormwater piping. • The project includes removing trench asphalt pavement, abandoning existing water main, disinfecting and testing, final milling and paving, and other appurtenances and materials. • The contractor must meet the specified criteria, including having a demonstrated capability to perform fully the contract requirements. • The contractor must provide a bid bond and performance and payment bond as required by the City.
