Description
The City of Issaquah is seeking on-call consultants to provide stormwater modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and environmental permitting services. The selected consultant will be required to provide technical support for current and upcoming stormwater and stream restoration capital improvement projects and regulatory obligations. The scope of work may include developing and calibrating hydrologic and hydraulic models, performing system capacity analysis, and providing field inspections. The consultant must be familiar with the City of Issaquah Stormwater Management Policy and the King County Surface Water Design Manual.
• Stormwater modeling and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
• Environmental permitting and regulatory compliance
• Field inspections and site visits
• Development of hydrologic and hydraulic models
• System capacity analysis and identification of deficiencies
• Preparation of technical memos and modeling summaries
• Coordination with federal, state, regional, and local regulatory agencies
