Dry Wastewater Sludge Hauling

The City of Mt. Shasta is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified contractors for hauling of dried sludge from the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor will be responsible for hauling the dried sludge to Dry Creek Landfill in Eagle Point, Oregon. The work must be completed within two weeks from the start date, and multiple trucks must be provided to allow for approximately 50 loads to be hauled. The City's equipment will be utilized by city employees to load trucks for hauling. • The contractor must provide a detailed management approach to complete the tasks, including the number and size of trucks, timeline for completion, and estimated total cost. • The contractor must provide at least three references from recent relevant work. • The contractor must certify that they meet certain conditions, including not being in litigation that may impact their ability to perform services. • The contractor must provide a cover letter, key staff information, and a detailed scope of work and management approach.
