Pest Control Services

The Missouri Veterans Commission is seeking a vendor to provide pest control services for the Missouri Veterans Home in Mexico, MO. The services include eliminating existing infestations and preventing re-infestations of pests such as rodents, insects, and other pests. The vendor must have at least 3 years of experience providing pest control services to facilities similar in nature, size, and scope. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The vendor must provide services during business hours, Monday through Friday, and must report to the facility representative before performing services. • The vendor must provide initial treatment of all specified areas and routine treatments in accordance with the minimum service schedule outlined in the RFQ. • The vendor must provide fly control during the months of April 1st through October 31st. • The vendor must provide bed bug treatment on an as-needed basis. • The vendor must provide termite control on an as-needed basis. • The vendor must maintain a file of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each product/chemical used in the performance of the services. • The vendor must take all necessary precautions to prevent injury to humans and property and to prevent environmental damage.
