Description
The Rabun County Board of Education is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction management at risk services for the renovation of Rabun County Middle School and the High School Media Center. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. The proposal submittals must include a qualification-based process and fee evaluation. The selection process will be a two-step process, with the first step being a qualification-based process and fee evaluation, and the second step being an interview process with the top-ranked firms.
• The proposal submittals must be received by December 19th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. ET.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and formalities.
• The contractor will be required to provide construction professional services for the renovation projects.
• The contractor will be required to enter into a GMP contract.
• The selection process will be a two-step process, with the first step being a qualification-based process and fee evaluation, and the second step being an interview process with the top-ranked firms.
