REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Highway 4 and 24 Water Association is seeking an engineering firm to provide a full suite of services for a water‑system improvement project funded through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. The work includes preparing a pre‑application and preliminary engineering report, environmental documentation, a loan application, design and construction plans/specifications, and an operations‑and‑maintenance manual. Interested firms must submit a hard copy and PDF Statement of Qualifications by the deadline, and may be invited to an interview. • Scope covers feasibility, design, environmental compliance, financing documentation, and O&M manual preparation. • Deliverables: pre‑application report, environmental docs, SRF loan application, detailed design plans/specs, O&M manual. • Selection based on qualifications, past similar projects, and staff resumes; interview expenses borne by the firm.
