Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Adobe Systems Incorporated

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) intends to award a sole source contract to Adobe Systems Incorporated for the purchase of a yearly maintenance and support of MUSC Enterprise Term License Agreement. The agreement covers Adobe Acrobat Pro Software, which is used to manage Portable Document Format (pdf) files. The university has an existing Enterprise Term License Agreement with Adobe Acrobat Pro. • The contract amount is $501,844.22. • The sole source justification is that the offering is not eligible for resell from authorized Adobe business partners and/or Resellers, making Adobe Systems Incorporated the exclusive source for these services. • Interested parties must notify the Contracting Specialist at [email protected] prior to January 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST. • Protests must be addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer and submitted in writing within the specified time frame.
