Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a vendor to provide MTU QL3 parts for the overhaul of a 20V4000 series MTU engine. The parts must be genuine OEM (MTU) components to ensure the efficacy of the overhaul and the safety of the equipment and operators. The vendor must have an active SAM.Gov registration or provide proof of registration. The purchase order will be awarded based on best value, considering factors such as the ability to provide the complete requirement, meet the required timeframe, and price.
* The required items are QL3 parts in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
* The delivery address is U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD, 21226.
* The delivery terms are FOB Destination.
* The estimated delivery date is January 20, 2026.
* The vendor must provide an itemized packaging list securely attached to the outside of the shipment.
* The material must be packed for shipment using Military Packaging.
