Description
The Department of State is seeking bids for a drayage contract to haul voting machines and related election materials in Rapides Parish. The contract will be for a primary term of approximately one year, with options to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary services, including hauling, delivering, and setting up voting machines, as well as providing labor and equipment. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
