Description
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a respondent to provide Environmental Housekeeping Services (EVS) at the Northeast Florida State Hospital (NEFSH). The selected respondent will be responsible for providing all functions related to EVS, including staff, equipment, and cleaning supplies. The contract is expected to start on December 1, 2026, and will last for three years. The respondent must comply with the terms of the solicitation and provide commodities and contractual services that meet the requirements of the Department's Standard Contract and Exhibits.
