Description
The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from Energy Service Providers (ESPs) to be prequalified for a three-year term. The prequalified ESPs will be eligible to receive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from State Agencies for specific Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracting (GESPC) projects. The selected ESPs will be required to provide an Investment Grade Energy Audit, develop and implement Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), and guarantee energy savings.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Developing and implementing ECMs for State Agencies
• Providing an Investment Grade Energy Audit
• Guaranteeing energy savings
• Implementing a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract
• Providing ongoing services, including maintenance and monitoring, for the duration of the contract term, which can be up to 20 years.
