Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking a provider of general dentistry services for the patients of the Wyoming State Hospital. The selected provider will be required to provide dental services one day per week, or two days biweekly, for five hours each day, and will be responsible for radiographic, digital, and other diagnostic measures as needed. The provider will also be required to respond to emergency calls and maintain patient records. The contract term will be from the date of the last signature on the contract through June 30, 2028.
• The provider must have a valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Wyoming.
• The provider must have experience in providing general dentistry services.
• The provider must be able to provide services on an appointment basis and devote sufficient time to meet the needs of the patients.
• The provider must be able to respond to emergency calls as needed.
• The provider must be able to maintain patient records in accordance with licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements.
