Stump Removal and Grinding from Storm Damage

The City of Upper Arlington is soliciting bids for a full‑service stump removal and grinding contract arising from recent storm damage. The selected vendor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise to safely remove and grind tree stumps, including work near utility lines. Bidders must be a company whose primary revenue derives from arboricultural services and whose crews are highly trained in tree maintenance, removal, and stump grinding. All bids are to be submitted through the City’s online system (IonWave) with firm fixed prices, FOB Columbus, Ohio, and must exclude state and federal taxes. No bid or performance bonds are required. The contract will be awarded within 60 days of the bid opening, and the successful vendor must execute a written contract within ten days of award.
