Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract to RQI Partners to provide Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced (1-11) Provider Curriculum, NRP Instructor Candidate Curriculum, and NRP Instructor Renewal Curriculum. The objective is to support the DHA, J-7 Education and Training Division by providing neonatal resuscitation training for healthcare personnel supporting obstetric and neonatal care. The required training shall be developed and delivered in accordance with the minimum guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). The required solution must support initial training and recertification of eligible healthcare personnel, enterprise-wide access and standardized training delivery, both online learning and hands-on simulator-based training capabilities, centralized tracking, reporting, and management of training completion and certification status, and scalability, consistency, and compliance with DHA clinical training requirements.
