Description
The Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction is seeking a contractor to provide window washing services for three state-owned buildings in Montgomery City and Fulton, Missouri. The contractor will be required to provide exterior and interior window washing services on an as-needed basis, as well as caulk application and cleaning of building overhangs. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an estimated one window washing per building per year. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing window washing services on multiple story buildings.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a method of contact and wear identifying uniforms or badges while performing services.
• The contractor must submit invoices monthly and comply with all invoicing requirements.
• The contractor must participate in the E-Verify federal work authorization program and provide documentation affirming enrollment and participation.
• The contractor must submit a completed, notarized Affidavit of Work Authorization.
